Overview

The page renders the SkillsLibraryPage component, showing all skills available for use in employee proficiency records, competency assessments, and position requirements. Related pages include the Skills Dashboard (/hr/skills/dashboard), Gap Analysis (/hr/skills/gap-analysis), and My Skills (/hr/my-skills). Individual skill detail is at /hr/skills/:id.

Who it’s for

Access follows your organization’s role and module configuration. ## Steps
  1. Navigate to HR → Skills (/hr/skills).
  2. Browse or search the skills catalog.
  3. Click a skill to view its details at /hr/skills/<id>.

Viewing a skill

The Skill Details page at /hr/skills/:id shows the full record for a single skill from the organization’s skills library. SkillDetailPage loads the skill by :id. Skills are referenced in employee proficiency records, gap analysis, and competency assessments.
  1. Navigate to HR → Skills (/hr/skills).
  2. Click a skill row to open its detail page.
