The My Cases page, at route /hr/employee-relations/my-cases, shows an employee’s own Employee Relations cases.

Overview

This route loads MyCasesPage, the employee-facing view within the Employee Relations module. It shows cases associated with the current user across incident, grievance, and related record types.

No explicit permission gate on this route.

Before you start

  • Cases are created by HR or managers; employees can view their own once created.

Steps

  1. Go to HR → Employee Relations → My Cases.
  2. Review the list of cases associated with your employee record.
  3. Select a case to view its details and current status.
