The page renders the SkillsDashboardPage component, which aggregates skill data across all employees. It is distinct from the Skills Library (list of skills at /hr/skills) and the Gap Analysis page (/hr/skills/gap-analysis).

  1. Navigate to HR → Skills → Dashboard (/hr/skills/dashboard).
  2. Review aggregate skill metrics and coverage data.
