The Performance page at /hr/performance is the main entry point for the Performance Management module, surfacing key metrics and providing quick actions and self-service links.

Overview

The dashboard shows four primary KPI stat cards (Active Cycles, Pending Reviews, Overdue Reviews, Goals In Progress) and three secondary stat cards (Active PIPs, Pending Feedback, Completed Reviews). A PerformanceReviewStatusWidget and a Quick Actions card sit side by side below the stats. A Self-Service section provides links to My Reviews, My Goals, My Feedback, and Team Performance. A guided tour is available via the help button.

Before you start

  • Performance cycles, reviews, goals, and PIPs must be created before the stats populate.

Steps

  1. Navigate to HR → Performance (/hr/performance).
  2. Review KPI and secondary stat cards.
  3. Use Quick Actions to:
    • Create Performance Cycle → /hr/performance/cycles
    • Start New Review → /hr/performance/reviews
    • Set Employee Goals → /hr/performance/goals
    • Request 360 Feedback → /hr/performance/feedback
  4. Use the Self-Service section to access personal performance data.
