The route /hr/approvals redirects to /hr/leave-approvals and is not a standalone screen.

This route is a client-side redirect to /hr/leave-approvals. The in-code comment reads: “HR approvals hub: redirect to leave approvals (unified view can replace later).” There is no standalone screen at /hr/approvals.
