The route /ce/referral-sources/new is not registered as a standalone screen in the current CE route configuration.

Overview

In src/routes/ce.tsx, the path /ce/referral-sources/new is not registered. The Referral Sources list page at /ce/referral-sources (rendered by ReferralSourcesPage) has no explicit route-level permission gate and has no registered sub-route for creating new entries. Visiting /ce/referral-sources/new currently falls through to the platform’s Not Found handler.
