# Skills Dashboard

> Aggregate view of workforce skills coverage — skill gaps, proficiency distributions, and training needs across the organization.

The Skills Dashboard page at `/hr/skills/dashboard` provides an aggregate view of skills across the workforce.

## Overview

The page renders the `SkillsDashboardPage` component, which aggregates skill data across all employees. It is distinct from the Skills Library (list of skills at `/hr/skills`) and the Gap Analysis page (`/hr/skills/gap-analysis`).

## Who it's for

Access follows your organization's role and module configuration. ## Steps

1. Navigate to **HR → Skills → Dashboard** (`/hr/skills/dashboard`).
2. Review aggregate skill metrics and coverage data.
